Doubt - Minibot

Hello, I am a member of team 3462, we are from Mexico =)
We have a doubt: How close can the bumpers of the robot get in realtion to the minibot round base? (Can we touch them? which distance should we keep?)
I hope someone can help us with that.

As close as you like. There are no restrictions on contact with one of your tower bases.

You can touch the base with bumper at anytime; I believe you can't cross the vertical plane of the base before the endperiod starts.

The HOSTBOT can cross the plane (cylinder) of the BASE, but the MINIBOT cannot until the END GAME.
