Look at the sign up list for interviews posted late Thursday or first thing Friday in pit admin.
In the past, this information has not been posted anywhere. Don't know about this year. I haven't been paying attention.

Other than the signup list that Robomom mentions, usually only the judge advisor and RCA judging team know which teams have selected the regional for their Chairman's award.
