Re: Dave Verbrugge featured on Faces of GM blog

It's awesome to see Dave recognized like this. I love every chance I get to have a talk with him, wether it be before a competition, somewhere in the pits or any other time. You can learn a lot from Dave in a 5 minute conversation. Plus he has probably the best memory in FIRST, when it comes to not just Michigan teams or GM teams, but to a good part of the country. Like the perfect storm speech from 2008, which probably can't be matched. (He was right on it though, the Great Lakes Regional 2008 was probably the coolest event I've ever been apart.) Also on Einstein in 2009, where it was 247/68/217 vs 67/111/971, and he gave a great intro for teams, including previous world champs match ups, regional match-ups for that year and how 971 was the wildcard in matches.

Congrats to Dave. You are the best at "Turning the FIRST Robotics world upside down!"
