New ONU B.S. of Engineering Education Degree
I just wanted to let the group know that Ohio Northern University will be one of the first universities in the Nation to have a B.S. in Engineering Education next year! This degree is intended to bridge the gap between traditional math and science high school teachers and a more FIRST-Like hands on curriculum. Information on the program is at http://www.onu.edu/node/33193, I suggest interested students check this out!

Re: New ONU B.S. of Engineering Education Degree
Nice to know a university is putting effort into teaching future teachers about engineering so they can inspire more kids about science and technology. Some people don't see the value in basic trigonometry because of how distant the problems are compared to real life applications. Applying a usage of determining a robot arm's total horizontal length to set a limit so it doesn't smash things up is more relative to me than calculating the distance between imaginary cities.
