Re: FRCTop25.com *Championship Preview Show TONIGHT!*
Great show tonight!
I do have a suggestion for next year. While the experts on each division did a great job (I can't remember their names, sorry), asking for people to learn about 87 teams in a couple of days is A LOT to ask. Perhaps a better format would be to have 'experts' from each regional write a paragraph about the teams at the championship from their regional. For example, I could give a lot of information about 111, 16, 118, 71, 1625, 2826..., including their strengths, weaknesses, strategies, some scouting data opposed to just "their OPR was X, they were selected here, they ended up winning with their, *insert generic trait about their robot*". The downside would be getting information from each regional and dealing with differing opinions on what makes a great team, but I think it would lead to a lot deeper and richer information compared to mostly stats. Still a great show and I'll watch either way (even if its just for the Seinfield clips at the end ). Thanks for putting all the work into it. |
