Before I go download a random unsolicited .zip file, could I get some information about exactly what is in it? Like, is it a Word or PowerPoint file, or is it a page of Javascript, or an executable program that will run only on Windows, or what?

I took a look at them. They are windows exe files. And a readme explaining the use of the Windows API Sleep function.
