Midwest Regional 2000
Posted by Raul.
Engineer on team #111, Wildstang, from Rolling Meadows & Wheeling HS and Motorola. Posted on 8/10/99 6:02 AM MST I heard from a reliable source that the Midwest regional will be held at Northwestern University in 2000 (just north of Chicago). I'll post more details as I get them. Does anyone have details or locations for the additional regionals for next year? Raul |

Other on team #?, Actually, I'm a FIRST-aholic, from an undecided team for the year 2000 and I'm taking invitations :-). I have absolutely no info, but since this is the rumor mill, I'll throw out the three places that are at the top of my list: Gampel Pavillion at UCONN, The Hartford Civic Center, and the Hartford Armory. All 3 of these facilities are used in the winter/spring for minor league and college sports, however, so I'm not sure that they'd be available. |

Quite frankly I think to many NH teams teams and many others were so angered by the move I don't see how they could not add a Manchester regional. -Justin |
