cRIO Imaging Error

We're trying to image our CRIO, and we're getting the following error:

Possible reasons(s):

LabVIEW: An input paramter is invalid. For example in the input is a path, the path might contain a character not allowed by the OS such as ? or @.

It looks like there's a TCP/FTP error here, so what could possibly be causing that?
