cRIO Imaging Tool is Missing

I had my classmate reimaged at kickoff for this year's competition, and now I can't find any installer or executable files for the FRC imaging tool (the 2012 version or otherwise). There isn't any installer file on the 2012 image flash drive, it wasn't installed from the LabView disk (I installed everything on it), and I can't find any other storage devices that may have it. I've also downloaded the 4.0 Labview update (this one: http://joule.ni.com/nidu/cds/view/p/id/2261/lang/en ), and still no luck.

Where else should I look? Or is there a place you can download it from the internet and if so, what is the link?
