I (the ZomB creator) do! It should not be that bad, as I've tested it quite a few times (including today), but to be safe:
run it
ftp to the crio (ftp://10.xx.yy.2/)
compare the two ni-rt.ini and ni-rt.ini.backup files (use a diff program if possible)
it should only have added ZomB.out to the StartupDlls config directive
if not, edit or replace. Nothing will happen until you reboot.
there is nothing that i've seen (at least so far) that cannot be fixed with a reimage

OR

do it yourself (instructions in the Bindings Help pdf)
