FRC Driver Station only showing one window

Hey everybody,

I'm new to FIRST, so this may be a common problem, but neither my team nor Google has been able to help me with this.

When running the FRC Driver Station app on my Windows 7 laptop, I can only see the thin (typically bottom) window of the control panel. After some setup, I can get stop button, communications, and robot code buttons to light up green, and even get the robot to run (indicating that there's no communications error or anything of that sort), but I cannot find a way to get the other window up. The window that I do see starts halfway off my screen, but Alt-Tab doesn't show the other window to be anywhere.

Has anybody experienced this before? If you're an admin and this question is redundant, could you at least send me a PM with a link to a solution before deleting this thread?

Thanks!
