I had a good connection with my robot while tethered, but when I tried to go wireless it said there was no Robot Code. When I tried to go back to tethered it still said there was no Robot Code. Please help diagnose our problem.

Re: Robot Code
First, can you ping 10.x.x.1 (with xx being your respective team), 10.x.x.2 and 10.x.x.4 ?
As silly as this sounds, make sure everything is plugged in. Then rebot the crio and download code. |

Re: Robot Code
At a command prompt, simply type the command.
Code:
ping 10.31.79.1 |

Re: Robot Code
If the Driver Station Communication light is green, but the Robot code light is red, then it isn't a communication problem. Both wireless & tethered are doing their job correctly.
Check the other DS statuses under the Diagnostics tab to see what the Driver Station can ping. Green = successful pings are happening all the time. If Communication is good, then look at your code deployment. |

Re: Robot Code
You need to activate your installation of LabVIEW to get out of "Evaluation mode"
You can do that through Start -> National Instruments -> NI License Manager You need to be connected to the Internet. In the License Manager look for a half yellow box. A little popup "Activate..." to click on will appear if you mouse over it. Here's a picture showing you where to find Build. http://www.chiefdelphi.com/forums/at...1&d=1295370058 You "Build" first, then you "Run as startup" to put it permanently onto the robot. |
