Alan is correct. You will need a lot of tape to build a full field.
And a full field costs a lot of money. I talked to the manufacturer of the tape and it is about $ 260 per roll. Not inexpensive. I'm guessing that finding a comparable tape, with comparable performance, would have a comparable price. Seems like there are two options. Bury the cost of the roll in the total cost of the field, or buy a roll with other teams that are building fields and share the roll. |

I think it will take about 21' of tape for a field -- 36 pegs with two 1"x4" strips and one 2"x2.75". The fabric being used has no coatings and was the least expensive that could be located. It is surprising just how expensive some of those materials are.
