I think you want the Driver Station Update.
The bottom of the "Competition Manual & Related Docs" page on the FIRST web site has a link to the 2011 Sofware Updates. (If instead you're referring to the complete 2011 image for the Classmate, that isn't made available for download. It was provided on a USB flash memory stick in the Kit of Parts.)
