We have, in fact, been powering the cRio, connecting it to the computer, and running the imaging tool, but our problem persists |

Exactly how are you connecting the cRIO with the computer? Which cRIO port are you plugging into? Have you turned off all other networking on the computer?

Hey, we had the same problem.
Do the following: 1) Press the IP-RESET Switch on the cRio. 2) Hold down the Reset Button 3) Let Go 4) Connect a crossover from your computer to the cRio 5) Try the re-imaging the cRio again You may get Error 7 from your cRio. We did, but it dissappeared once we tried re-imaging again. Did you by any chance try loading the code before you reset the cRio after re-imaging? I do not know if that would cause the problem, but that's what happened to us. Hope this works! |
