Look very carefully at <R92>. If PVC Pipe or fittings is listed, then yes. If not, then no.

Well we were just wondering because it says you can use adhesive and what would be the purpose if you can't use fittings.

R-92, Q. lists pvc or cpvc [b]pipe[b]. Notice it doesn't list fittings. The glue could be used to adhere pipes without fitttings involved.
