The trickiest thing about that 84" cylinder is that it can shift around as the parts of the robot change their positions. Rule <r11> sayd that the cylinder is 60'' in diameter while playing and before game starts it has to fit in a 28''x38'' rectangle with a 60'' height

You aren't still reading the original version of the rules, are you? There have been 5 revisions already - labelled Rev-A, B, C, D, E - and another may come out today.

The 60" cylinder has been corrected to 84".
