Deploying non-alliance teams minibot on your robot?

What I am wondering is that if I have a working minibot deployment system, can I load any team's minibot on it, or does it have to be a minibot from a team on my alliance?

Yes, Once a minibot has passed inspection at an event, it may be in any match, regardless of who brought it.

Re: Deploying non-alliance teams minibot on your robot?

Last time I checked, allowing another team to use your mini-bot if they don't have one for any reason gets you amazing kudo points for various awards (like the gracious professionalism award). Also, around my team, there has been talk of coopertition points that will be given to you if your mini-bot wins and such while another teams uses it. I don't have any first-hand knowledge about this though, as I heard it mentioned only 3-4 times.

Re: Deploying non-alliance teams minibot on your robot?

@vigkvagkv2:
Each time a minibot (owned by an FRC team) scores, and was deployed by another team's hostbot, the minibot's FRC team receives 1 Coopertition point.

Quote:
5.3.5 Coopertition Score (CS)
Any borrowed MINIBOT which scores points by legally triggering the TARGET during the MATCH receives one (1) Coopertition point for the FRC TEAM registered for the event that is affiliated with the MINIBOT.
The total number of Coopertition points earned by a TEAM throughout the qualification matches will be their Coopertition score.

Re: Deploying non-alliance teams minibot on your robot?

Thank you. I guess I overlooked that rule in there.
