iiko mouth movment

i have rigged the skin to a biped thus rendering the mouth closed until further notice, does anyone know how to open and close the mouth while still leaving the skin rigged to a biped

Since Bipeds don't have mouths...have the biped absolutely not control the face.
Then have two bones with their envelopes correctly done and then linked to the biped head.
That way, the mouth will move with the biped and you can separately animate the mouth.
