Let's see. <R02> does not ban them specifically, though if they're unsafe, they will be rejected based on that.

<R92> would only ban them from the Minibot; the rest of the robot would not be inspected.

So, based on there not being a rule banning them,

Wonder how many people got stuck getting them......

We were not happy with our "choices" we registed on Tues and didn't have very good choices.
