We have been using Photoshop to alter the colors. You can use a variety of methods in Photoshop. To maintain the integrity of the texture, but alter the color you can use the color replacement tool. If you need help please let me know. I hope this helps.

I just opened the map in Paint and edited the colors there but Photoshop would work well too.

If you dont own photoshop, a free open source photo editor is gimp http://www.gimp.org/
You can use the hue adjustments to change the colors of the skin or draw over it. ![]() |

I would recommend getting GIMP even if you have paint...its 999999% better and it's FREE!

You can get I think 3 months of Photoshop Elements for free if you are an educator. That's if you want to got the Photoshop route.
