What do you mean by Set Speed? Do you mean Set Output for motor control? Why do you need the While loop constant? I believe I can help, I promise that I can do more than ask questions

Look under the diagnostics tab, and if it doesn't show anything there, it's probably wiring. If there's something there, by all means post it!
