Labview Installation Problem

I'm installing Labview (using the CD came this kit) on a Vista PC. The same CD installed on Classmate PC without problem. But on the Vista PC, although it finished all the installation without any error information popping up, when trying to run Labview, nothing happens - I mean double clicking the Labview Icon in start manual does not cause any result. Any one has seen similar problems?
I have tried to remove Labview and reinstall it, but that does not solve the problem.
