It looks good! The only thing I can really say is watch out for typos. I saw enough on the page for it to be noticeable. Otherwise, it looks really good!

Edit: Some of the type is fairly small, such as on the subteam page. But this really is your website, so if it's fine for you, it's fine for everyone else. (Hence the invention of zoom.) Not to be an English teacher, but watch for passive voice as well.
