The "limited connectivity" just means there's no route to the internet. Don't worry about it.
Those two green lights tell you that the devices are reachable on the network. The other Communication and Robot Code lights are the ones you probably want to focus on, right? Tell us what the Robot Signal Light (RSL) is doing. Is it off? On? Flashing slow, flashing fast, winking off briefly every second or two, or what?
