I understand that mentors put a ton of time and I truly respect them for it, but I don't think they belong on the field (this isn't to say I hate all mentors/teams that have an adult coach, I just feel its better to have a student there)

To follow your logic shouldn't you change the drive team every match too inspire as many students as possible?
