I want to change the background of the labview dashboard to a jpeg picture. How do i go about doing this?

I have 2010 and on mine you go to the front panel. Right click on the scroll bar and go to properties. Not sure if it is there in 8.6

Drag-n-drop the jpg from the file system to the window. You may need to make sure you are over the background instead of another control. Initially the picture will be above the other controls. Select it and go to the toobar button that is a swooshing arrow. It lets you move the object to the back. Reposition if necessary.
