How much is "Not much", 1GB, 10GB, 100GB? Some content needs more than others, like video, images, some cad files, etc...
Is your team hosting the website too or you using a free hosting service?

Re: new website name

Good luck, man. Three things:
1. You can still use the FIRST logo, as along as you make it legal. (contact them, etc.)
2. Give me credit somewhere on your amazing website when it's finished that i came up with the name ....please and thank you
3. If you ever need help with any of it, or any suggestions, PM me, i would be very very happy to help.

This site is a great idea. This is the best logo you suggested, though note that the FIRST logo usage breaks the copyright code (the red background). It would be best not to have the FIRST logo involved. Otherwise make the word FIRST a little bigger and extend down from the stop sign. This will help the legibility as well as the balance, by creating a sense of gravity in the design.
