Question Sponser Decals

Are there any rules or specifications regarding graphics displayed on the robot? These include size of sponser lettering, team name, ect. The only thing we found was size of the team # on the bumpers.

Re: Sponser Decals

<R13> covers the display of the school name and/or sponsor. There is no minimum size but do consider the viewing distance of the majority of the people attending the competition. I would suggest you make any logos as large as possible and clearly legible to give them the recognition they deserve, especially since they've given you time and money to help make it all possible.

Re: Sponser Decals

Many companies, particularly big ones, have their own regulations and specifications on the display and use of their logos, usually regarding background color, spacing, and size. Make sure to check with your sponsors to see how they want their logo displayed.

Re: Sponser Decals

To echo the above poster, most "large" companies have very specific colors and other such requirements as to their trademarked logos. It is entirely likely that they will be able to provide you with a preprinted version if you unable to reproduce their logo on your own.
