Circuit Breaker Placement

Hi everyone,

I am an electrician for our school's rookie team and I had a question.

According to rule <R37>, the circuit breaker need to be in an "quickly accessible" place, and we think that our current placement would work, but we thought it would be a good idea to check with people who are more experienced than we are.

Is this an acceptable place to put the breaker? If not, where would be a better place to put it?
