Have you tried using the Search feature in Labview to find it? It will be located somewhere in the WPI libraries in the toolbox. Also be sure you are on the Block Diagram rather than the Front Panel. Also make sure you have installed all the latest Labview updates.

have all updates, could only find the jaguar set speed in the search, needs to be the yellow block for the motor.

What are you trying to use the setspeed.vi for? It will work for both Victors and Jags

Set speed in the previous years was a misnomer, and was renamed this year to set output. It sounds like the tutorial you are using is out of date.

Yes use a set output it works just like the set speed vi.
