New Format - Good Idea/Bad Idea?

Well you all know that FIRST has changed the format of the Chairmans award from a video to a 4-page report on your team.

Is this good or bad?

lets put this in perspective-
changing the Chairmans to 4 pages would be like changing the robots back to lego robotics

I like the way it was before, with elaborate videos and scrapbooks and such, but I realize why FIRST changed, and it makes sense. There are simply too many entries to review in too short of a time for each team to have a huge, elaborate presentation. This will also make it more fair to teams with less resources but just as much merit.
