Thank you for mentioning this. I had full faith in the wiring team's knowledge of the wiring diagram, and they told me over and over that it was supposed to be plugged into the dedicated 5v plug.

After you mentioned this I looked up the wiring diagram (I'm mostly a mechanical engineer so I'm not completely intamite with how everything needs to be wired) and sure enough the DSC is supposed to be connected to a 20A breaker on the side of the PDB not the 5v slot which is used for the Dlink. I suppose we could also have swapped the 5v Dlink onto the 5v slot and remove the 12-5v converter heat sink from the KOP. Would that also work? or does it have to be in a side port on the 20A breaker?

Either way the RSL works now thank you for the help.
