Here are some possibilities: - The robot is disabled
- The Jaguar PWM cable is not plugged in, it's plugged in backwards (black to the inside on the Jag end, black to the outside at the Digital sidecar end) or it's otherwise faulty
- The PWM output the Jaguar is plugged into is not Opened in Begin.vi (might just be plugged into the wrong PWM)
The blinking yellow means no one is communicating with the Jaguar.
