Then I have problem. How do you keep it above that level? Half of my audio dips below -18db!

Could you run some of the sounds through a filtering program that can do a log function on the whole thing? Tinkering with the filter will enable you to compress the sounds without too much loss.

If you read the rule again it says that peaks must not fall below -18dB. When put together with the previous spec, peaks should fall between -18dB and -6dB.

So the highest volume of the animation cannot be lower than -18db? Thanks!
