Can't find to cRIO

I am trying to update the cRIO image to V27 with LabVIEW imaging tool or LabVIEW. But I can't find it listed on ether software. But I can ping it.

Re: Can't find to cRIO

I can't tell if you are having trouble finding the new image, or actually connecting to the cRIO.

If you cannot find the V27 image then you may need to download the latest LabView update. The new image is included in the update and will be selectable from the imaging tool once installed. Update is here.

If you are having connectivity issues then I would recommended going through basic network diagnostics. Check to make sure all static IPs are set correctly.

Re: Can't find to cRIO

Make sure first that the cable or Ethernet ports are not damaged. Then make sure your computer is set to static IP by going to Control Panel/Networks and Sharing/and Right-Clicking on the connection and going to properties and use 10.xx.yy.06(xxyy is your team number)for the IP. Put in a value of 255.0.0.0 for the subnet mask. Make sure the DNS settings are on automatic. If all else fails restart your computer and the cRIO.

Re: Can't find to cRIO

My IP is correct but I can't put DNS in automatic with a static IP.
