Question No Robot Code No More :-(

Hey Guys,
Our cRio was working fine untill yesterday morning i walk into the room, power up the cRio and was very excited to deploy the code and get the job done of programming it. My excitement turned into frustration when the code was running in Labview on my PC but the driverstation displayed No Robot Code. Worst of all when i unhooked the cRio and plugged it back in (after trying various alternatives to get the code onto the cRio), the Connection was gone too.

Any Suggestions will be appreciated.
Thanks Guys, You're the BEST
oh yea I forgot to tell you the the cRio passed all the bench tests and the beta testing while mounted on the robot. We did not perform anytype of construction on the robot after i mounted the cRio so no sawdust or anything was near it. thanks aagin
