2 days to my team - so many concerns

Hi CD,
On this night at 1 AM most of my team are going on a trip of a week which called 'Massa Israeli' (A trip around israel and the students identity...)
The team members that left on the last week of building season are all new, I am going to this trip with big concerns, at least in the 2 last days of the build season we will be back from the trip.
As for now the biggest challange the our new students have to solove (we have only 4) are:
replacing the chasis because of low strenth
fixing the gripper (from some reson it is closing more than it is oppening).
and a lot of small task.

I won't be on he CD for this week.
I will get back next week
