Animation Submission Broken?

Is your movie under 250 MB? Ours was 304 MB without audio - then added audio in iMovie, and when it was saved from iMovie, the file was only 68MB - way compresed - lost some saturation but seemed decent. I had all the same problems everyone is experiencing. I emailed FIRST@autodesk.com and they directed me to tech support. I was then given a link to a drop box. The tech support uploaded my video from the drop box.
