Motor Problem

Hello everyone,
Me and my team is having a problem about making a simple motor control.
We tried to run the example of a motor control in labview but the motor isn't responding to the changes in the joystick.
So we checked the program while it was runnig: the wires in labview showed that the joystick is working and it sends values.
The jaguar is blinking orange which I dont know what does it mean.
My suspection is something the wiring between all the components.
What can we do?
