You will need a student who has completed the whole registration process to be able to submit your essays. Have them get in as soon as possible to make sure they have the permissions needed to input the essays. Last year we went through 4 students before we found one whose login worked.

Cynette, thank you so much! This was definitely helpful for us. We've been submitting for the past few years, and I was unsure whether the presenters needed to also register online.

I guess I've never heard of a "Team Notebook."

We've done all different items throughout the years, but we usually bring several copies of key documents and put them in folders to give to judges.

We have brought a scrap book of photos and news articles in the past, and now have a business plan notebook that we bring to competition. Some teams have a written engineering notebook and bring it; ours is an online Wiki.

You just need to have enough to help the students in the pit to be able to talk about your team.
