labview update messed up driver station.

we just installed labview update 3.2 and now our driver station (2010 netbook driver station account) gives us an error "executable version (8.6) doesn't match resource file (8.6). check your configuration"

anyone else get this error.

thanks in advance

Re: labview update messed up driver station.

I've not heard of that specific error.

However, other resource file issues have been traced to people trying to run the updater from within the .zip file without extracting it first. You might try redoing the update, making sure to extract everything before running it.

I would extract the zip and try installing again to see if that fixes it. Let us know if it does.

Re: labview update messed up driver station.

I got the same error just earlier today. I just restarted my computer, and I was able to pull it up like normal! Although I'm now having problems with getting Labview to open... If you get that problem too, I'd be happy to assist figuring it out!
