A simple way to get mostly accurate results is to use the potential energy gained at the top compared to the power output of the motors.

Gravitaional potential energy: mass*gravity*height (mass*gravity=weight)

Once you know the potential energy you have, you can divide it by the power output of the motors, and it will give you the time it will take. Speed calculations are pretty straight forward, and I would assume you know how to do them because you should use them for your drivetrain as well.
