Team 3011 here.
We are having somewhat the same problem. After we got the classmate to locate the updates, we tried to run the cRIO imaging tool. For some reason v28 comes up with errors saying that the current IP address is used. Our classmate IP is: 10.30.11.5 Subnet: 255.0.0.0
