Re: Protocol for maintaining website after award submission?
You're right in that all websites are living and breathing organisms so feel free to update all you want. Last year we received some negative feedback because we didn't post results from one regional to the next so I would definitely make sure you're on top of all updates on your site. The only difference between updates now and before Feb 17th is that you should be careful you don't mess anything up code-wise and that yes, your changes may not be judged.

Re: Protocol for maintaining website after award submission?
Page 2 of the Website Award Criteria asks
"How current is the website content? ( i.e. ... Is information on team activity up to date? Does the website appear to have been updated recently?) If I was a judge, I would be specifically looking for an update that said that the robot had been bagged or shipped Feb.22. |

Re: Protocol for maintaining website after award submission?
Yeah you really don't know know when it is judged. This checks to make sure that you are actually keeping the website up and running even though it was "submitted". Some team might just submit and forget about it. Just keep working on it tweaking it and making sure everything runs
