I don't think that Dean's comment about cities being designed for IT came out quite right. IMHO, he meant that the design for a second lane in the sidewalk would be integrated, not that cities would crop up because if IT. Maybe at this stage of IT, it is not bigger than computers, but Dean always has something up his sleeves. Applications for more advanced IT technology are not hard to find. I'm betting Dean will collaborate with a major auto company and aid in the evolution of the hybrid.
