Sample Encoder Output

So since our robot is bagged right now and we don't have access to it at the moment and we still need to program stuff, we need some stuff.

Encoders were wired a bit late so we need some examples of output from encoders so we can do stuff with it.

By output we mean the number you get when you call the getRaw() method from the Encoder. And what the number means.
