We have tried putting the robot on blocks and it worked perfectly meaning that there is a problem with the shaking of the cables as the robot is moving. Does anyone know how to fix it?

Actually I'd suspect power first. How is the bridge powered? Is it in the proper 12V boosted radio power supply on the PD?
The reasoning behind my theory is that in the air on blocks the motors are under much less strain, and pull much less current. High current can cause voltage fluctuations that can screw things up. Verify the connection of your bridge power system.

I'm a FIRST relic of sorts, I remember when we used PBASIC and we got CH Flightsticks in the KoP. In my day we didn't have motorized carts, we pushed our robots uphill, both ways! (Houston 2003!)
