Question Autonomous Help

I am the lead programmer for my team and even I have no clue as what to change in the autonomous code, if anything, to make our robot to preform certain actions. Please Help. The actions are below. I would appreciate any kind of help, even giving me your code BTW no bump sensors.

Drive forward: 1 sec
Raise Arm: .5 sec
Open Claw: .5 sec
Drive backwards: 1 sec
