Labview Crashes

When I try to launch labview it crashes with an error ( see attached )

has anyone else seen this or know how to fix it

I am running it on windows 7 64bit if that matters

Here's a similar error on a different OS.

Thanks for the link found out a way to get it with that link.

Here is what anyone can do with the same issue.

1. Make the user account an Administrator on the computer


or

2. Hold down shift and right click on labview, from the drop down menu select " Run as Administrator "
